Managed IT services for small businesses

The flagship support offer. Your business gets a remote IT practice with a known allowance instead of a stack of one-off fixes.

Managed IT at Digiting means we keep a record of your tenants, domains, backup jobs, and the people allowed to ask for changes. Requests land in one queue. The monthly plan tells you how much change fits before a new quote.

This is the right page if you are comparing “an IT company on retainer” with hiring. The retainer is not a blank cheque. It is hours, a response target, and a list of systems.

Businesses in Libya and other countries can use the same remote model when the working language and the time overlap are agreed. On-site work is not assumed.

What you receive

  • Onboarding inventory
  • Monthly hours for requests and care
  • Mailbox and identity administration inside those hours
  • Backup status and a documented restore path for the systems in scope

Who it is for

Owners who want IT to be boring. The exciting work, a new product or a new site, is a different engagement.

What this can cover

  • User lifecycle and mail administration
  • Device setup guidance for Windows and macOS
  • Vendor chasing when the fault is upstream
  • Patch cadence
  • Security hygiene: MFA, admin-account reduction, backup checks

Why businesses use it

  • You stop being the unofficial helpdesk
  • A second person can support you because the notes exist
  • Costs are predictable until the scope changes, and scope changes are visible

See the {plans|plan comparison} for the working hour bands. Those bands are the proposal model until your agreement replaces them.

Questions

What is included in a small-business IT subscription?

Remote support hours, administration of the named systems, and the reporting cadence in the plan. Hardware, after-hours retainers, and new projects are outside unless the agreement adds them.

Can you support a team that is not in Canada?

Yes, remotely, when we agree the hours of coverage and the language. The Arabic site exists for clients who prefer that conversation in Arabic.
