IT management and technical support
A remote IT desk that already knows your setup: accounts, devices, backups, and the usual failures, without hiring a full internal team.
Small companies lose hours to password resets, new laptops, mail problems, and updates nobody scheduled. Digiting holds the documentation and the access list so the next request does not start from zero.
Support is measured in hours, not in a promise that every project is included. A server migration, a new office network, or a security rebuild is estimated before the work starts.
What you receive
- A named way to request help
- An inventory of the accounts and systems in scope
- Routine administration inside the monthly hours
- A backup check and a short note when something needs a decision
Who it is for
Businesses with roughly 5 to 100 people, a handful of business applications, and no desire to keep a generalist IT hire fully occupied.
What this can cover
- Managed IT and remote support
- Helpdesk for day-to-day faults
- IT consulting on what to keep, replace, or postpone
- Server, network, and workstation administration
- Software installation and patching
- Asset lists and joiner-mover-leaver steps
- Backup checks and recovery tests within the allowance
- Business continuity notes
- Endpoint protection oversight
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
- Documentation your next technician can read
Why businesses use it
- One place to send technical problems
- Less dependence on a single staff member who “knows the passwords”
- Changes are recorded instead of living in someone’s inbox
- You can see when a request is support and when it is a project
Each plan states a monthly hour pool and a response target. Hours do not roll into unlimited projects. After-hours cover, on-site visits, and hardware are quoted separately.
Questions
Should a small business outsource its IT?
Outsourcing fits when the work is real but not enough to justify a full-time hire, and when you want a backup if that person is away. Keep someone inside the business who can approve purchases and access.
How much does managed IT support cost?
Digiting does not publish a universal price. The cost follows the hour allowance, the number of users, and whether servers or regulated data are in scope. Ask for a proposal on the plans page.
Do you replace our current technician?
We can work beside an internal person or take the remote queue. The agreement says which systems are in scope.
