These allowances are the working model Digiting will quote from. Your service agreement replaces them if your environment is different. Domain registration, software licences, advertising spend, hardware, and work beyond the hours are extra.

A suggestion, not a contract
Three questions. The result is a place to begin the conversation. It does not know your systems yet.
Extra hours can be bought when a month runs long. They do not change the response target unless the agreement says so.
New websites, new agents, migrations, and edge pilots are quoted. Third-party charges are passed through or paid by you directly.
If the environment is large, regulated, or politically sensitive about where data sits, ask for a custom quote instead of forcing it into Starter.
